GOODS RECLAIM

Procedure for returning purchased goods within the statutory period of 14 days:

As a consumer, you have the right according to Act 102/2014 Coll. on consumer protection in the sale of goods or provision of services on the basis of a contract concluded at a distance or a contract concluded outside the premises of the seller to withdraw from the contract within 14 days from receipt of the goods without giving a reason.

Where to return the goods

Fill in the form for withdrawal from the contract and together with the proof of purchase you can

send the goods to the address: Behnasan s.r.o., Mickiewiczova 16, Bratislava, Slovakia

Carefully pack the goods you want to return so that they are not damaged during transport. Send the goods complete, unused and with all accessories and documentation. Goods sent on delivery will not be accepted.

We will return the price for the paid goods to you within 14 days from the date of delivery of the goods to us. We will return the money to your bank account, which you will state in the form for withdrawal from the contract or in cash in the case of a personal return of the goods.

Goods that cannot be returned?

It is not possible to return goods which are in a closed protective packaging and which are not suitable for return for health or hygiene reasons and whose packaging has been damaged after delivery.

Cash on delivery

Payment card in advance (online via the Internet) – Visa, MasterCard

If you have your order sent by courier, you can choose cash on delivery. Is there a charge for this service.

The second option is to pay for the order in advance using online payment by credit card (whether debit or credit).

Discounts or discount vouchers (eg a coupon with a discount code, a bonus in a newsletter or a birthday voucher) can only be applied in accordance with the terms of the relevant special offer. It is not possible to combine several types of discounts or discount vouchers
